This Privacy Policy explains how CapsLogbook ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our App and related services.   • Provide relevant local services (e.g., nearby marinas or weather updates)

You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings, but disabling it may limit key app functionalities.
1.4 Photo Library Access
The App may request access to your photo library so you can:

  • Upload and attach media to your voyage logs

  • Store images of your boat, crew, or sailing experiences

  • Share photos with other users (if applicable)

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.
